Shipment is free since it´s on account to Creatus Gafas Online, S.L.
3. Order process
As of payment confirmation, we´re going to prepare and manage the order. Colour variations between computer screen colour and the real one of the product could be, due to these different changes depending each screen.
Creatus S.L. is not responsible of the different colour between the screen colour and the real one of the final product. Owing to the creation liberty Creatus allows, it could happen that in any case the glasses design doesn´t keep to technical requirements to be printed; in these cases, 3D-printing technology cannot achieve the suitable and satisfactory result to accomplish the technical and aesthetic requirements Creatus has set up. In this case, Creatus technical team will contact you to let know the inability to print the design and will provide you a free code to redeem when you process a new order.
Creatus glasses will dispatch in a period of 20 working days approximately from the day of the payment confirmation. However, as it´s a unique product, it could suffer manufacturing delays. Delivery is considered done from the time the product is at client´s disposal by the carrier and the consignee signs the item receipt.
5. Occasional refund of products
If there´s any mistake in the shipment or the product is defective, you must communicate it to CREATUS S.L., or you may get close to an Associated Optician´s to manage the refund. Due to shipping costs are free, the client will pay them in this case. The defective products replacement will make as soon as the client notifies it and without charge. In the case the client is not satisfied with the acquired products, CREATUS S.L. won´t be responsible of it, due to the design is an unique and exclusive done by the client. All the CREATUS items have 2 year guarantee from the receipt of them on the condition that the product had a manufacturing defect. To analyse the defect, the product will send to the pertinent supplier and they´ll proceed to check it out its quality control to assess the damage. It´s late between 15/30 days.
